“Bro” is a documentary that explores the roles of masculinity and effects of gender stereotypes on society. Following the premiere of the series “My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic”, males all over the world created a fandom that no one ever expected. This counterculture gained attention nationwide, and continues to raise awareness of misandry related issues.
Leah Jean is an active artist and participant in the highly diverse anime, brony and comics community. Leah Jean is a studio art major in the Art & Design Department at the University of St. Francis in Joliet, IL.
